Recovering garbage from the sea floor

On Earth Day I got to photograph a team of divers get garbage from off the sea floor in Fairhaven. They found all sorts of weird things including a shopping cart, a bike and a scooter.

Squalicum versus Blaine girl’s tennis

Haven’t done as many conventional sports recently, but I did get to cover a tennis match. I still haven’t done much tennis, but I do love the clean backgrounds that it can provide.

Opening day of fishing season in Whatcom County

So I got the chance to photograph opening day at Lake Padden, it was sunny and a great day to be outside. The fish were biting too, making for some nice moments.

Llama therapy, a look back at it

Hey all, just wanted to update you with something I’m excited about. One of my llama therapy photos did well in the NPPA Monthly Clip Contest for Region 11. You can click on the link and see more from the region, but I wanted to bring bring the photo out and a screen shot here, well just cause I can!

Sunny weather construction

Went out to look for a sunny weather CLO, came back with a biz/weather CLO. I was driving by and I saw these guys framed in the wood boards, so I pulled over and started to work the scene. Came away with this frame.
